This spacescape was a bit more sophisticated than my last couple. I tried to depict a newly formed star, hollowing out a cavity in its own gas cloud with massive amounts of radiation and solar winds (try google: orion's belt trapezium).

There is a another newly formed star underneath it...which over time, will excite the gas around it too, causing the gas to 'ignite'.

Ill probably re-upload this piece sometime...I think that the stars might be a bit too bright?

Thanks a lot for the viewing, faves and adds! Im sorry i might not get back to you, but ill try :)

peace and light

Hi, thanks...this one was done differently to my last couple. I first painted the Nebula (very rough - nothing special, just the outlines of it), then tuned the colors with HDR in PsCS5. When the paint is still wet, i tilt the board so that it runs a little, and that gives me the finger like walls etc.

The rest is all painted in photoshop (stars, gas etc)

Im busy with a green nebula at the moment, that is dedicated to the fingers, when stars are born :)
